Should I Be Concerned About Nose Bleed, Headache And Head Congestion Inspite Of Having A Head Injury?

I slipped and fell on ice today and hit my elbow and back of my head. Later today I experienced a nose bleed, headache and then started to have head congestion, like when you have a bad head cold. Other than that I feel fine do I need to go to the ER or go to my doctor in the morning?

You are having head injury. You developed nose bleeding, headache, head congestion after few hours of injury.
All these symptoms are characteristic of internal brain injury (hemorrhage).

Consult emergency room and get done clinical examination and CT scan of brain to rule out internal brain heamorrhage.
