She wasnt doing that before she went in the hospital. I have a list of her medications and was wondering if there may be a reaction to these drugs? General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the reason for the shaking of the right arm, and lower lip might be the hysterical reaction, parkinsonism, or the reaction of the drugs also could be possible. Give her good nourishing food , for recovery.
I advise you to consult her doctor regarding this . Thank you.
