Severe Stomach Cramps, Sick, Difficult To Walk. What Treatment Should Be Taken?

hi i am in my second day of severe stomach cramps . it started early sat morn like being stabbed in the tummy, i then started to feel sick my body went thru the motions of vomitting but nothing came out. i then started getting hot then cold exteme thirt and the stomach pains continued i coud not move. now i can move but find it difficult to walk????

Severe pain in abdomen (stabbing) in ur case seems to be due to increased acid secretion in stomach. This can be due to late night meals or hot & spicy food or alcohol or stress or eating hurrily..
Avoid all this. Fever indicates infection.
Also this can be due to gastric or duodenal ulcers.
Consult ur dr & get investigated as per his advise.
