I fell very hard onto back and hit my butt bones, in Sept. Had terrific pain for over a month, somewhat subsided, so I ignored. At that time I made sure sat upright, took meds for pain which I have for osteoarthritis, and babied my body for a month. Now last week, i went to pick up tiles at store, and all has restarted as if I just fell. I woke up with pain in arch of feet, pain in hips and tail bone, and the butt bones. Now centered to tail bone, and bones extending into fleshy part of butt, and hips. Still have pain upon waking, in my feet too. What to do, I am not as active since cold weather hit, so not moving as much as prior, which builds my muscle. I am 64, small stature, already have a loss of bone, and muscle decreasing is prevelent.
