Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In An Osteoarthritic Patient

According to my xray I have severe osteoarthritis in my hip, moderate osteoarthritis in my knee and foot all on right side. Pain is getting unbearable. Prednisone 12 MG a day. What else can I do? Sorry I can t afford to pay for the answer , thank you anyway

In osteoarthritis, you have to modify your life style.
First you can start with mild exercise like walking around your home....etc.

Do easy stretching excercise that helpful to reduce joint pain and stiffness of joint.

Excessive body weight may cause more load over joint area.

Try to decrese your weight. Avoid over weight on your hip joint area.
NSAIDS are helpful in osteoarthritis to reduce inflammation over joint area.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than surgery is last option.
