Scan Showed Shadow Near The Top Of The Womb, Internal Scan In Vaginal Area Done. What Does It Imply?

Hi..i went to see a gynae this afternoon and the scan shows a shadow near the top of my womb. Went for internal scan in the vagina area. Results will be out in next 4 weeks. What can that be? Fibroid?I m not pregnant.
