Rib Pain, Swollen Limbs, Diarrhea, Headache. Pregnant. Sign Of Impending Labor?

i will be 37 weeks friday and today have had pain in my ribs that wraps around to my back my hands and feet are more swollen then usual i have diarrhea like syptom being i take iron pills 2x a day not actual loose stool but it is frequent have had a headache as well as allergy like symptoms the past week is it a sign that labor is close?

Having diarrhea and intermittent lower abdominal pain are suggestive of a labor near by. The pain in hands and feet are not likely to be related to delivery. For headache, take plenty of fluids and get your blood pressure checked.
