Recurring Headache, Nausea, Cold Sweats. What Could Be This?

I have been having a headache on and off for days. I have started feeling nauseous yesterday and actually got sick this morning. I don't feel like eating at all. I get cold sweats out of no where. I can't walk very far without feeling like i'm about to pass out. Any idea what could be going on, have tried to get into see my doctor.
