Reason For Mentruation Delay?

hi Dr i have been on augmentin antibiotics since the 8th night of august. i was due with my period on the 17th day. i am experiencing menstrual cramps, but not menstruating. did a pregnancy test this afternoon, its negative. the 1st day of my last period was the 20th day of july. my menstruation is usually consistent

Well come to HCM
If you have some kind of infection and taking treatment for this particularly antibiotic so this may some time disturb the hormone cycle and it could be on either side, like heavy flow, or delayed menses, not very much certain even this is not common, but this is very less likely, some time illness it self may be the cause of delayed menses, hope this information helps, take care.
