Reason For Face Numbness, Tingling Lips, Chest Pain After Taking Lisinopril?

i'am a type 2 diabetic and have high blood pressure and i'am taking 20mg of lisinopril well i'am having numbness in my face and tingling in my lips , tightness and pain in my chest and my legs feel like jello just not feeling well,and my arms feel kinda heavy and my hands are cold and my legs feel kinda heavy what should I do go too the er or not

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely an angioedema caused due to Lisinopril. Some people get that kind of reaction with this drug and other ACE inhibitor groups.In that case it is better to discontinue the drug and approach your doctor or ER as soon as possible some get severe angioedema.I use antihistamines and corticosteroids for treatment of this.Your drug Lisinopril should be replaced with a angitensin receptor blocker like telmisartan.Hope this may help you.
