Thank you for your query

would you please clarify a few things for me?

1) are you a diabetic or hyperlipidemic ( high cholesterol)
2) do you have any history of heart disease or thyroid imbalance So?
3) do you consume alcohol excessively?
4) how long have you been on Lisinopril? did your symptoms start while on treatments?
5) is the numbness or tingling associated with any pain? is it transient or continuous and has it worsened?

All your symptoms may be caused by Lisinopril, however , they are not common side effects?

Any one or more of the above mentioned illnesses in addition to smoking may lead to an increased risk of stroke. TIA (transient ischemic attack) ,a temporary compromise of blood flow to the brain , could cause tingling and numbness. thyroid hormone imbalance may cause fatigue and mood disorders.

these need to be ruled out as these are correctable/ treatable causes and can lead to catastrophic events if not taken care of soon.

I recommend you see your physician regarding your symptoms so that they may confirm if it is due to the medications or not.
Side effects of drug usually begin within the first few weeks of treatment and gradually decrease and resolve. if it continues, this warrants an investigation.

in the meantime, if you find that your speech is slurred or you have sudden weakness in any part of your body, frequent choking episodes, new tremors, severe headaches. visit the ER immediately. Call for help and do not drive .

hope this helps. please feel free to get back to us if you need any clarification
wish you good health
