Rash On Legs, Bed Wetting, Cough. Advise?

Hi. My son doesnt have a fever, and doesnt appear to be in any discomfort either. When he woke up this morning he appeared to have a rash on his legs. I noticed he had also wet his bed. But, I did hear him coughing this mornign, which has since subsided. Coudl the bed wetting be the culprit for the rash? Or could it be something I need to take him to see a doctor for?

Hi,

The reason for the rash could be allergy or contact irritant rash due to wet linen.
It is unlikely to be due to viral infection because of absence of fever .

At present apply calamine lotion .If the rash increases in size or site ,get him examined by his doctor.
