Rash On Buttocks. Due To Weight Gain? What Are The White Bumps Formation?

Hi For the past couple yrs i noticed itching on my buttocks on the top inside, right on the thong line I disregarded it as a rash due to weight gain , possible chafing. Symptoms always the same, itching followed by a small bump from scratching . Recently i scratched more than usual and small white bumps formed that burn & itch. Please help, is this more serious than i thought?

Hi
It looks like Contact dermatitis.
You should consult a Dermatologist, get examined Clinically and take appropriate medicine.
Most of the skin rashes look alike, but they have to be differentiated Clinically by naked eye examination only.
Fungal infection has to be excluded too.
Wish you good health
Regards
