Pulmonary Analysis Done. What Does The Findings Mean?

What does it mean when Chest (PA) result states:

-Suspicious densities are seen in bith lung

-the pulmonary vascular patter is normal

-the cardiac shadow is not enlarged

-the diaphragm and lateral costophrenic sulci are unremarkable

-the thoracic spine is curved to the right



Impression:

Apicolondotic view is suggested to further evaluate the upper lobes

The over all finding is within normal limits, I am not sure for apico-lordic view unless I see the x-ray image, because if there is anything wrong in apical region then it would have been detected in Ap view also or leave little doubt for something wrong and that ought to be mentioned here, have nice day.
