Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at Healthcaremagic!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

Good that you asked.
You are committing a horrible mistake to take these drugs, which can definitely harm your body and sometimes be fatal.
You should immediately stop them and see a physician.
Cyproheptadine is an appetite stimulant and can cause serotonergic effects in excess.
Dexona is a steroid and can cause dangerous effects like bone thinning, ulcer and bleeding, weight gain, electrolyte imbalance, weakened immunity and make prone to infections.
Stanzolol is an anabolic steroid and also can cause much harm.

I warn you to keep away from such practices and get the prescribing chemist into legal hands.

I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. Please ask for any clarifications before closing and rating this answer.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck! Thank you!!
