Pregnant, Heavy Bleeding With Clots, Cramping, Back Ache. Ultrasound Shows Fetal Pole With Heartbeat. Miscarriage?

Hi. I just finished a frozen embyo transfer and I am 6 weeks pregnant today. Yesterday around 10am I wen to the bathroom and my pad was full of blood (red and heavy like a period), I also had blood when I peed and wiped. I also had cramps. Everything from about 9:30-10:30am felt like a bad period, heavy bleeding, cramping, and lower back ache. I went to the clinic and they did lab work and U/S. We saw a fetal pole and sac and very TINY flutter of a heartbeat. On Monday my bet a was 7888 and yesterday (2 days later) was only 9747. The clinic sent me home to go on bedrest through today. The bleeding lightned up by 11:30 am and had turned pink and brown with very small clots (still like a period). As of 6pm last night I haven't had any blood anywhere. Could this still be a miscarriage??? What else could it be? They saw no blood anywhere in the U/S. I go back Monday for lab and U/S. Any advice/tips would be appreciated. Thanks,

Hello
Thanks for your query.
You have all my sympathies, but what you have sounds very much like an impending miscarriage.
the heavy bleeding is supportive of that.
Also, an intrauterine pregnancy is supportive of that.
The B HCG should have doubled within 48 - 72 hours, further supportive of impending miscarriage.
Right now, just rest, and wait for the repeat ultrasound and blood tests.
there is still a chance that the bleeding might stop and pregnancy just might survive.
All the best.
