How can you be so sure that its not UTI? As your symptoms are very positive for UTI which is very common in pregnancy

) to rule out stones or cystitis (bladder inflammation
Also get other areas of abdomen scanned to rule out other pathologies.

of the baby is needed for proper growth, nutrition and movement of the baby , the amount of which depends on adequate fluid intake of mother.
