Hi. I m 38 weeks pregnant & woke up on the middle of the night with the worst heartburn I ve ever had (and I ve had some pretty bad nights) nothing helps and all I do is burp alot. When I layed back down to try to sleep it just got worse. & I got up to pee about 10 mins later and had bad diarrhea (which I never had) is something wrong?

Hello. Welcome to hcm
You are suffering from a condition called GERD. Here, as the fetus is growing, your diaphragm is pushed up and so is your stomach. So a part of stomach is compressed leading to all these symptoms. It is temporary as it gets relieved in once you deliver in 2 weeks.
I advice you to start on pantoprazole tablets, if severe, a dose of injection can also be taken. It is common in most women. Avoiding spicy and oily foods will help
All the best
