Pregnant. Very Light Bleeding For A Day. Had Morning Chills. Prescribed Utrogestan. Necessary To Continue After Bleeding Stopped?

Hi, I'm pregnant and I'm in my 5th week. I had very light bleeding for 1 day and a half and my doctor has prescribed Utrogestan 100 mg twice a day (vaginal). What I need to know:
1. Is it really necessary to take this hormone no that I'm not bleeding anymore? My bleeding lasted for 1 and a half days only and it was the implantation bleeding as I understood, as it was during my 4th week of pregnancy.
2. I'm having morning chills and shivers recently ( I have panic attack history) and I want to know if thes Utrogestan can worsen my symptoms. Thanks!

Hi,
As u have bleeding ultra gemstone needs to be continued as it is a progesterone.many patients have lesser degrees of hormones which might lead to abortion so its good if u continue ur medicineatlestupto 12 weeks.
Well about ur chills and fevers it might be just anothersymptom of early pregnancy.but ur condition worsenits good that's consultant,t ur gynaec.
