hi, i am 11 weeks pregnant, having dark brown discharge from 10 weeks on and off..it comes when i pee. my doctor told me to take progesteron injection weekly for 1 month. i do have a history of septic abortion last yr (sep 12). right now just want know is it any serious? what should i do now? i am really scared..plz give me some advice..

Thanks for your query.
You would know the prognosis of this pregnancy only after a few weeks.
brownish discharge is sometimes common in pregnancy and causes no compliations.
However, with a prior history of abortion, it can be a pointer of an impending miscarriage.
Take the medications as prescribed.
Take adequate rest, avoid intercourse and stress.
Only review ultrasound at periodic intervals would tell you if this pregnancy will proceed normally.
