Brief Answer:
Get a repeat scan done

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your concern..

6 weeks is too early to detect fetal cardiac activity.. Get a repeat scan at the earliest with your doctor.. If the cardiac activity is present and the pregnancy is growing, you might require a progesterone injection and a good bed rest to save your baby.. You will require treatment for fever after checking for signs of infection..

If the heart beat is absent with foul smelling vaginal discharge, bleeding and high fever, you are going for a septic abortion.. You require an immediate medication to evacuate the pregnancy and antibiotics to treat infection..

Hope i have answered your query.. Feel free to ask any doubts..good day..
