Pink Spotting, Lower Stomach Feels Full. Negative HPT. PCOS, Usually Has Implantation Bleeding. Suggestions?

I have pcos and I have three children already with all three I had implantation bleeding. I only have a period about once a year on my own and never spot except the implantation spotting. My question a week ago I had pink spotting just filled one wipe and that was it and now my lower stomach feels full im more concerned about the bleeding took hpt all neg. and cant get into my doc anytime soon. Thank you
