Periods Delayed. Had Light Period With Cramping, Nausea, Back Pain, Exhausted. Pregnancy Symptoms?

Hi I have a feeling I may be pregnant. I was 3 days late for my period this month, on the 4th day I started. But it only lasted 2 days. Very light and not normal to how my periods are usually. I have cramping more so on lower left abdominen. Slight nausea . Comes and goes. Lower back pain . Exhausted all the time. Find myself going to the bathroom a lot more often than usual. Can you help?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

Scanty flow during periods is called hypomenorrhea and that can occur due to many causes.
We cannot confirm the pregnancy just by symptoms. But if pregnancy is there according to your description there is possibility for ectopic pregnancy.
Though this is a rare condition better to rule out as it can create emergency condition.
So you better consult gynecologist and undergo physical examination and ultrasound to rule out this possibility.
Take care.
