Pcos, Pain In Right Groin, Sore. Endometriosis Operation Done. Ovary Or Vein Problem?

.I don't know if it's my vein or my right ovary. Two years ago i had a operations as i had Endometriosis , I also Poly cystic Ovary Syndrome. Last year i was tried all the time i just wanted to sleep i get up and go back to sleep and i wouldn't wake up until tea time. I also had pain in my ovary, pelvic pain and everything else i had the first time before the first operation. I saw my doctor i had ultra sound done i had a cyst. I then had another ultra sound afew weeks later to find my cyst gone. I have to have another operation but i was wondering could it be my vein this time as i have pain in my groin on the right side and it does down my leg and up to ovary but my right leg is buring hot very sore. you can see the vein in my right leg they are green in colour i think. I don't want the operation if it isn't my ovary and it is my vein instead. I lay down but i was still in pain. my leg is burning still it achy. the pain i had in my ovary isn't so bad but it made me yell out because i have never felt anything like it.

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

Ovarian cysts can lead to increased blood supply to surrounding areas.
And that may be responsible for your venous engorgement.
As your cyst regressed that could be possibly a functional cyst.
So you discuss all these possibilities with your doctor and decide further.
If there is no cyst or any specific region for surgery, doctors also won't suggest surgery and symptomatic treatment is enough.

Take care.
