Painless Hard Immobile Bump Below Inner Left Collar Bone, Infrequent Mild To Moderate Strains. Anything To Concern?

There is a painless hard immobile bump around 3-5 cm in diameter right below my inner left collar bone, protruding about 1-2 mm. There are infrequent mild to moderate strains (feels somewhat like muscular strains) in my chest when I am in certain positions for example sleeping sideways. The strains has been for a few years, but I realized the bump only today. May I know if it is serious medical condition. Thank you!

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hallo dear friend
i hv studied your case
you had which type of injury to chest
is there any stiffness in your spine or chest
is swelling same or increasing day by day
any redness?, pain on touching swelling
if all no -then you can neglect swelling, dont pay much attention
but if it is increasing , infected -then you need to intervene
pain aggrivates on deep inspiration?
it could be sternochondritis or pectoralis minor patial tear
take some antinnflammatoy
you may need MRI CHEST OR HRCT CHEST
for further query contact drvaibhavg@yahoo.com
