Uh... does this actually work? I hope so. Anyway, I m 16, and for what feels like a few years now I ve had an on-and-of niggly sort of pain in the left, upper side of my ches. Recently however it has beecome a constent feeling and a worry, especially as sometimes it feels like somthing has become a solid and dried up inside my chest...

This does work. Your symptoms are quite vague. If you can be more specific that would be great. Have you had a chest x-ray? Have you seen a doctor for these symptoms. Please write back with more information.
