In this case i would suggest you to please visit your dentist
for post extraction follow up .
Get the healing sockets examined.so that any left over root stumps,any infection or a case of dry socket
,etc can be ruled out.These are common causes of post extraction pain.
This can be very well ruled out upon clinical examination.
After that,upon consultation you can also request for the change of your pain killer.as it has already been a week since you got the extraction done.this much pain is not expected.
If required antibiotics should be started to treat the infections ,if found.
Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses.
