Hello,

Sinus pressure may be due to-sinusitis,or ear infection.

Fluid accumulation as well as inflammation within the sinus cavities can also lead into sinusitis.

An x-ray with sinus view as well as clinical evaluation will help to reveal the infection underlying.

Complete course of amoxycillin as well as analgesics has to be administered.

Hope this helps.
