Pain In Ears, Neck, Headache, Upset Stomach, Diarrhea And Low BP. Is This Ear Infection?

Got pain in the ears, neck & head-ache, sensation of dizziness, stomach upset & want to vomit and having diarhea. Normally have low blood pressure that is 80/60, but a few minuntes ago it was 120/80...a bit weird. Is it an hear infection or something else...should I see the doctor?

I have gone through your query regarding ear pain, pain in neck, headache, nausea and upset stomach.

Your clinical history indicates that most probably you are having acute otitis media with labyrinthitis. Because this diagnosis explains your all symptoms, but before establishing such diagnosis thorough examination of ear and necessary investigations including auditory and vestibular functions are necessary.

Till you are waiting for specialist you may take-

1- Tab Paracetamol.

2- Tab Rabeprazole with Domperidone.

3- Adequate fluid orally.
