Pain In Anus, Small Slit Between Anus And Butt Crack. On Klion D Inserts For Yeast Infection. Advice
Hi,
About 5days ago I went to the doctor to get checked on what was discovered to be a yeast infection. I was given Klion D inserts for 10 days. This is my 5th day of using the insert. However I have noticed that about 3days ago I feel pain whenever I wipe my anus and discovered a small "slit/incision" between the anus and the top of the crack of my butt (forgive me as I do not know the correct jargons to use) The area is very tender and it causes discomfort. Please help me.

From your description this sounds like an anal fissure, but will of course have to be confirmed by a physical examination, conducted by a doctor.
Treatment options include:
-Nitroglycerin ointments
-Steroid creams
-Botox injections
-Blood pressure medications to relax the sphincter
-Surgery is recommended when medical therapy has failed
In the meantime, please do not strain while passing your bowels, switch to a liquid diet and be sure to clean the area once you are done passing your bowels, as this can result in an infection.

Hi, You went to the doctor 5 days ago, for checkup and discovered yeast infection, after 5 days found pain and a crack in front of the anus.
It appears to be the abscess, in front of the anus, needs treatment with aerobic and anaerobic anti biotics, pain killers, and prtiolytics for complete recovery, if not resolved completely needs incision and drainage.
