Pain Below Shoulder Blade To Breast, Cramps In Ribcage On Left Side When Turning Right Side. Any Suggestion?

I have this terrible pain just below my shoulder blade on the left side and it goes around to the front sometimes below my breast and also if I turn just right I get a cramp in my rib cage on my left side. It is so bad that I can t breath right for awhile.

Did you lift some heavy thing on this side or had a sudden pull on your shoulder??? The most common cause of such pain is usually muscle spasm....take anti inflammatory with muscle relaxants for few days....get light muscle massage with warm herbal oil to ease pain....light physiotherapy will also help.....don't worry about the pain being related to cardiac problem ....the symptoms of that are very different from these
