PCOD. Taken Siphene And Rupture Injection, Pain In Nipples. Is This Premenstrual Symptom Or Pregnancy?

i m vini. i do hav PCOD . Last month starting from 2nd day of period i have taken siphene 100 mg. And on 13th day my follicle size was 20mm .Doctor asked me to take rupture injection and i took it. I had sex 13th nd 14th. But just after 3 or 4 days of ovulation my nipples startd paining. Does this is pre- menstrual symptom? And does this symptom mean i am not pregnant? Please answer my querry.
