Osteoarthritis in right knee, body ache, synovotis in thumb. History of cervical disc replacement, Cortisone injection taken. Advise?

I am 46 years old and have had a cervical disc replacement c5/c6 and also have osteoarthritis in my right knee which will be treated with a partial knee replacement in the next year or so. I have aches and pains all over and recently had synovotis in my thumb treated with a cortisone injection. What could be the trouble?
