Ongoing Headache Leading To Spinning Sensation. Could It Be Vertigo ?

Hi Dr,
I have been having on going headache that always lead to spinning sensation. I followed up this by visiting many doctors yet there is no result. CT scan has been done and it doesn't show anything. Some doctors said it could be Vertigo and they advise me to do vertigo exercises. I have done them yet head spin is not going away. Could you please help?

Indeed it is vertigo. Which commonly occurs due to ent problems. Ct scan and other tests won't show up the results.
So visit am ent specialist and get otoscopic examination done.
