On And Off Pain In Wrist When Moved Around In Certain Way. History Of Fall Landing On Left Wrist. X-ray Needed?
I fell down the steps and landed on my left wrist while holding my daughter in my other arm and this was about 6 months ago and ever since then every now and then it hurts when i move my wrist certain ways or if i use it to pick things up like my daughter or even a pan to drain water out of it. Do you think i need an x-ray to see what is wrong or is there anything else i could do to help with it to get better other than wearing a brace when it is really bothering me? Thanks.

Now it is too late to worry about injury over wrist because even fracture is there nothing much can be done.
there is possibility of having fracture or tendon injury at wrist.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Go for x-ray for having fracture.
Physiotherapy will be helpful.
