On And Off Pain And Tender Bump On Head Due To Fall Of Vacuum On The Head. Serious?

Almost 2 months ago, an upright vacuum fell on the left side of my head as I cleaned. No vision loss, no slurring or speech, no blackout, no memory loss. There was a bump and some pain. I took ibuprofen and put ice in it regularly.
It feels like I still have a bump and some pain every so often at different points of the day. The spot is still tender to the touch when I'm in pain. Should I go to the ER or is this normal?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,
You had trivial head injury 2 months back and bump can be due to scalp hematoma which will take 2-3 months to resolve , that can produce headache.I suggest you to consult Neurologist and get done CT scan brain with bone windows to look for any structural damage.Meantime you can have Naprosyn for headache.Hope this will help you
