On And Off Hemorrhoid, Light Headedness, Hot, Cold Flushes, Headache After Jelqing. Adderall Prescribed. Advise?

I am a 19 year-old who has been prescribed 10mg of amphetamine salts (adderall) and have been taking them as prescribed. I have not had any problems with this drug, but I felt it should be known. Also, I have had a hemorrhoid on and off for about a month now (probably should get that checked out further. I am using medicine, but have been lazy with application when symptoms disappear). So I tried out this jelqing thing in the shower making sure I was overly careful not to stretch to far (I know idiot to follow what the internet says). After I was done with the shower I immediately started to get light headed. I put my towel on and ran to the stall (community bathrooms) where I tried to regain myself. After a bit I started getting hot, then cold all the while being dizzy. After a bit I felt able to walk back to my dorm room. Things were still a little fuzzy/blurry. I made it back and have been lying down since. I have a massive headache. Your help/guidance would be must appreciated.

Hi,
Amphetamine is a stimulant and an appetite suppressant. It stimulates the central nervous system (nerves and brain) by increasing the amount of certain chemicals in the body. This increases heart rate and blood pressure and decreases appetite, among other effects.

Amphetamine is used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADHD).

Amphetamine may cause dizziness, blurred vision, or restlessness, and it may hide the symptoms of extreme tiredness. If you experience these effects, avoid hazardous activities. Amphetamine is habit forming. You can become physically and psychologically dependent on this medication, and withdrawal effects may occur if you stop taking it suddenly after several weeks of continuous use. Talk to your doctor about stopping this medication gradually

Consult General surgeon for hemorrhoids.Check your blood pressure also which can be raised secondary to amphetamine and produce headache.
