Numbness, Burning, Pain In Left Chest, Arm, Shoulder, Dizzy. Normal X Ray, CT Scan
My friend has numbness and burning and aching n his left chest and arm and shoulder and pressure on his chest near heart plus pain in his stomach. When walking he becomes so dizzy he nearly falls over and threw up from nausea. He's had X-ray and CT buy nothing showed for his heart and the hospital told him it was anxiety and sent him home and told him to see a GP. They said he had a heart murmor, ruled out blood clot but he swears it's not anxiety and happens when he's relaxed.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Lohit K's Response
Hi,
He needs further evaluation using holter monitoring, complete haemogram and treadmill test to rule out any problem that may occur during his activities. Heart Murmur with left chest, arm and shoulder pain needs the evaluation.
also ask him to take proton pump inhibitor (like pantoprazole) with antiemetic domperidone. This will reduce the vomiting, gastric pain and also reflux if present. This will help him.
Hope this information helps you.
Regards
