General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The ultrasound report is concerning for possible polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD). However, your symptoms, history, and clinical evaluation need to be correlated with the USG report for a definite diagnosis. If PCOD is confirmed, pregnancy is possible with appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
