Hi,

According to your hysterosalpingogram report:

-Your both Fallopian tubes were visualized in X ray.
-Right Fallopian tube is normal and patent, which is indicated by normal caliber and peritoneal spill.
-Left Fallopian tube showing hydrosalpinx, means the tube is dilated and blocked due to watery fluid. That's why there was no free peritoneal spill.

Hydrosalpinx can occur due to many causes like pelvic infection, endometriosis, previous pelvic surgeries, etc.

So, depending on the cause treatment has to be planned to improve the fertility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri SR
