The last month or so h My husband has been able to achieve an erection but not orgasm and also very little precum,, the yesterday despite lots of stimulation he couldn t even get erect. Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

This has been almost a year of the episode of one night stand, and your husband recently developed problem of poor libido and inability to achieve erection. I find no correlation in them.
He is 48 and is not able to achieve erection, has poor orgasm or not at all, and also poor libido. I would like to advise you for some basic investigations first in order to rule out any cause.
- Tests for sugar or blood sugar levels. Diabetes and hypertension are important cause of erectile dysfunction.
- Liver function tests. If he is an alcoholic.
- Kidney function tests.
After investigations if come normal, then go for serum testosterone levels. If that come normal then most probably problem is psychological.

Medicines like Sildenafil, Tadalafil, Verdanafil etc are very effective in such situations. But give medicines only after getting him checked with a good physician. These medicines are not given in cases of heart problem.
Talk with him and reassure him, some times due to stress and tension one may fail to get erection so just by reassuring him problem will go away.

Thanks
