No Periods Without Medication. Taken Ultrasound. Suggestions? Chances Of Pregnancy?

I am 21,height 5'4", weight 77kgs..i have very irregular periods since my marriage..ive been married since a year n 4months..i visited a gynaec she asked me to go through some tests n ultra sound..report: tsh:1.62 , lh: 3.7 , fsh: 5.5 ,prolactin:6.6. Ultrasound report says : anteverted uterus 82*28*44mm,normal central endometrium is 9.0mm , no focal lesion seen, right ovary: 41*21*24mm vol:11.6 ml , left ovary:59*20*22mm vol:11.8ml , both ovaries are enlarged and show multiple immature follicles at the periphery, no ovarian cyst seen on either side , no adnexal mass or pelvic feew fluid seen.conclusion: bilateral polycystic ovaries..doctor,is this a severe problem?i dont have periods until i take some medication..would i ever get pregnant?

Dear Ma'am,

Sorry to hear about your problem. Polycystic ovarian disease is a common problem among ladies and fortunately it is treatable. You should visit your gynecologist and start medicines for this condition. Your periods will regularise after starting the medicine and you can become pregnant in the future.
