The causes of absent periods is mostly hormonal
imbalance as well as ovarian cysts. Since the ultrasound
is normal, cysts are ruled out. So the reason may be a hormonal imbalance.
The presence of infection may have been seen by the doctor on examination. So get treated for that.
Also get a hormone test for thyroid
, FSH and LH to look for any abnormality.
