Hello there, I'm an 18 year old male, who is a virgin, and over the past month i have discovered a few small white pimple's on my left testicle, i am kind of worried that it may be testicular cancer, because i do also show tiredness and at times shortness of breath, my urine has a very strong scent to it and the colour is also a dark yellow type... Just in the past couple of days, i have had 2 unexpected times where my nose bleeds continously for about 2-5mins....i am really worried as i don't know whats going on inside me, ohh and at times i have had chest pains... if you could help me that would be really awesome, thanks.
