Hello,
Thanks for your query. According to your history you are amenorrhoeic for 2 months, and your endometrial thickness is 10.24mm, which is within premenopausal range. And your Ca 125 is also normal, according to me you are not a high risk candidate for developing endometriosis, though MINIMAL ENDOMETRISOIS can be picked up only by LAPAROSCOPY. If UPT (pregnancy is negative) you can take progesterone for WITHDRAWL BLEEDING

I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. In case of any doubt, I will be available for follow ups.
Wish you good health.
Regards,
Dr Arif
