Hello ma'am.

Based on your symptoms, pregnancy will have to be ruled out. This will have to be done with the help of a urine pregnancy test conducted with an early morning urine sample, at least 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception or on or after the first day of a missed period. The other option could be a hormonal test which will require a blood sample from you.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
