Nausea After Waking Up. Stomach Pains During Evenings. Uncomfortable During Bowel Movements. Suggestions?

Hi,I have a feeling of nausea when I wake up,like I feel very sick and don t want to eat anything.Then I usually feel ok during the day and have awful stomach pains in the evenings and terrible pain in the stomach(I think) when having a bowel movement which makes the process very sore and uncomfortable, can you please help?
