My Blood Pressure Was 52/30, How Dangerous Was That ?

I was working out yesterday, ran 3 miles in 35 minutes and when i got off, got dizzy, lost my vision for a little while, and my aunt, who is a nurse, took my BP and it was actually 53/32.
