Mother Of 2 Normal Girls Pregnant Now. H/o 4 Miscarriages In 5 Yrs. Is There Side-effects For Gupisone?
hi im 37 i have two normal girls and for the past 5 yrs i miscarriaged 4 times so for my fifth trial my dr gave me some medic to strengthen immunity like 10mg gupisone and asprin clexane , cyclogest suppositary and ofcourse folic acid , i am preg now with my 5 th wk and i would want to know if there r side effects of this esp the gupisone???

it seems like you are suffering from anitiphospholipid syndrome for which aspirin ang gupisone is given.gupisone is given when you have coexisting systemic lupus erthrymatosis......when you have recurrent abortions in first or second trimester and leg swelling that is painful you need following to continue your pregnancy
low dosae aspirin 75 mg
clexane 20 mg
and leg stockings
SLE usualyy flares up in pregnancy but if you donot have kidney prob..........just stop gupisone(deltacortil)specially in first trimester coz of baby abnormaities
