Missed Periods, Overweight. Reason?

Hello I got my period on te 3 rd of feb and again on the 27 th in feb....both were normal lengths and flow...prior to that I have had regular cycles for years . I didn't get one in march and I am still waiting for something to happen in April....what does this mean? I am overweight....but it has never affected my flow......Please help!!

Hi--assuming you aren't pregnant the other causes for amenorrhea include low thyroid, polycystic ovarian syndrome, excessive exercise, excessive stress, and rarely a pituitary tumor. You need to see a doctor about this and get an exam and blood work
